UTEP Study Links Nanoplastics and "Forever Chemicals" to Potential Health Issues
Researchers at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) have discovered that nanoplastics and PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), widely found environmental pollutants, can disrupt the structure and function of critical proteins in breast milk, infant formula, and the body. This disruption has the potential to cause developmental problems in infants and other health issues. (Read More)
